@deadspatulainc @Popehat You’re right in that sense that it shouldn’t be partisan, but it has been made to be partisan. As RBG said, Roe has created more problems than it solved. This current reigniting on a divulging of the courts inner workings, is partisan driven, as are most peoples responses.

Second, that we even know it exists, is a product of serious dysfunction in the courts processes, by someone placing tribal politics ahead of sound judiciary. Prioritizing the political implications is the same dysfunction
