@lucylocket1700 @GailyHughes So, first go at a GF recipe. I used 300g gf bread flour and 200g gf self raising flour, plus xanthum gum… it’s very dense and quite stodgy but my eldest daughter liked it (youngest not so much)! Might try it again but go with just self raising and see what happens 👍🏻😂
