@JohnLegere Sad I want to do more business with @tmobile but because of the “rules”, it takes me 9 hours to set up a new line of service. Don’t know if this @sprint deal will go through but you got some cleaning up to do internally. I’m a loyal customer but was treated awfully.

@TMobileHelp Don’t know there is much you can do. Guess the “rules” are that I can only have 12 lines and then I have to set up a new plan. Told I can’t switch to a business plan because one lone has Jump on demand. Your store finally said if I gave a $250 deposit, they will work with me.

@TMobile This loyal customer has been treated so horribly wrong. I have 12 lines with your company and want to add a 13th and your agent yesterday told me no and offered me my total buyout amount instead so I could take my service somewhere else. Should I ask @verizon for a quote

@TMobile Then you tell me I can have a 13th line but that my credit risk is then too high so I have to make a deposit. I pay $6,000 a year to your company and never been late and now I am a credit risk because I want one more line. It just isn’t right.
