@BlizzardCS Does the extension matter? The extension is NFO as that is what MSInfo saves, but the contents are text. I'll try later today when I get back to my computer.

@BlizzardCS Any tips on troubleshooting login issues? I can't create a ticket as it keeps saying my MSInfo file is invalid. I can sign in fine on one computer and not the other. Tried uninstall/reinstall and clearing caches.

@BlizzardCS It looks like a normal xml formatted text document. I saved it follow the instructions.
