I think I understand why the Akiba are fire-based.
It's documented in history that besides espionage, arson was apparently the primary form of sabotage that shinobi clans utilize to attack castles and camps.
They also have specialized roles like spy (kanchou), scout (teisatsu), surprise attacker (kishu), and agitator (konran). 🐸 🦅 🦾 are individually specialized to fit these roles.
But still Beasty is an icon for 🩺' s growth, since 🩺 's first ever resolve to not run away after spending his entire lifetime cowering in fear is when he decided to save Beasty.
🩺 and Beasty (yes I'm calling it by that name) are companions but it's more like a boy who's being led around by his pet.
Not good at fighting 🩺 being put into battles from his cat(?) 's dragging him around!
Near the end of the anime where 🎴 openly flirted with 3️⃣ made me go "THIS SYBARITE???? He really loves women huh!!!!"
This is a man who can tank a glock to the side but he cannot cross the singular man who funds his lifestyle, he is a slave to his own desires 😂
Now that I think of it, 🎴 is a lazy person lol he is super strong but he lacks work discipline... In the anime, he never really trained 🎣 properly since he just noncaringly gave him a thoughtless chore but somehow 🎣 figured out his own strength through the bs 🎴 cooked anyways
I guess ☕ had set a standard for the type of mentee 🎴 would see as worthy since it's common for people to come to him for mentorship but they gave up with just some struggle and lack of reciprocal effort from 🎴. Meanwhile, 🎣 is too ambition driven to care about anything else
🎴 past self was probably far worse than ☕ 's Destroyer phase LOL but I reckon he was tamed by 🌂 just as how 🔫 tamed ☕. Both pairs have the same "Trust" keyword on their anime relationship chart so 🌂🎴 and ☕🔫 both built on the same fundamental of nurturing "trust".
(Delusional) I'm thinking of a scenario of past 🌂🎴 where 🌂 tries to recruit 🎴 into Taito Tribe but 🎴 doesn't particularly care for the offer unless 🌂 provide him both the luxury of leisure + beautiful women and 🌂 gave him exactly those two desires with the extra sass.
So now 🎴 would only play XB if it's for 🌂 (which he uses as an excuse even when he has his own sense of justice he wants to uphold). 🎴's skills are even beyond ☕ it seems but he's doesn't care for XB as much as ☕ did, he never bothered to correct ☕' s behavior in the past.
That one scene when 🎣 first entered the establishment, he was given a massage... So it's both a massage parlor and soapland??? But it could be a waiting room service hmmm
Ohhh I noticed the kanji used on the sign are modern but stylized to emulate Taisho(?) era shops, and signs from that era are read from right to left horizontally. Logically back then you would read Japanese per vertical line RTL, so horizontal text would be treated the same way.
does 🌸 and 🌂 each have their own establishment/home? Or do they share the same place?
Since the anime does show 🌸's place, or at least assuming it is his. Which looks vastly different from 🌂's room in the cg
