Capri Sun is 15% juice and has mushroom extract. The box says all natural ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. The list goes filtered water, sugar, pear, grape and orange juice concentrates, citric acid, monk fruit concentrate, apple and pineapple juice concentrates, natural flavor and mushroom extract.

A pouch has 11 grams of sugar, and 8 of those are added. There's no corn syrup in it, just sugar, so the pouch is still mostly sweetened water. The monk fruit carries some of the sweetness so they don't need as much sugar, and it's why the pouch is 50 calories.

The last ingredient is mushroom extract. The label says it's there to protect quality, and the box says no preservatives.
