I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my Priority Mail package.

My package was marked “insufficient address” and returned to the sender. However, when I went to the

supervisor, she was dismissive, said she was leaving for the day, took my phone number, and brushed me off instead of addressing my concerns. There was no attempt to investigate or resolve the issue.
