Appeal to Lagos State Government on Alleged Looting of Mandilas Building
A concerned Lagos investor has raised alarm over the reported midnight looting of the Mandilas building by individuals allegedly using the names of the Lagos State Governor and Commissioner of Police.

Despite securing an official renovation permit on 28 August 2025, the andorabest owner claims valuable materials and items, including new lifts, electrical cables, over 200 AC units, TVs, kitchen equipment, freezers, safes, and hotel supplies were stolen over three nights and sold as scrap.
The investor doubts the Governor and CP were aware and is seeking urgent intervention to address this setback to investment in the state.

Injustice and wickedness of government officials have destroyed my years of hard labour. They used the name of the Lagos State Governor and Lagos State commissioner of Police as cover to loot Mandilas building, all what i worked hard for years is finished, all the renovation materials I imported are been stolen and sold as scrap by wicked and heartless goverment officials. I officially obtained renovation permit from Lagos State Government 28th August 2025 for the renovation work, still, the same government and Police that supposed to protect investors in the State are now the enemies of them. All my renovation materials, my new passenger Lifts vandalisd , all armored cables, eletrical copper bars , 17 floors main Control panel emptied, over 200 Air Condition units gone, over 100 big screen Televisions gone just like that, kitchen wares, industrial freezers, and fridges , fireproof safes, conference chairs and tables hotel wares, towels bedsheets Musical instruments all gone in three nights to state looters. Where will i begin again from. They said that the State governor is aware and that the CP Lagos state is also aware which i doubt, the governor of Lagos State would not approve this injustice. This is injustice. This is wickedness,
