@Glitterygutsx When I was in hospital for stoma surgery, nurses on the ward told me to wait for specialist stoma nurses to be on ward for any support/guidance. surgery 2yrs later &because I was admitted with a stoma it was assumed I would be independent with it even when struggling post op
@ghani1_a It makes such a difference knowing you are there if he needs you. Not that he always asks when he does 🤦🏻♀️. But it’s such a comfort as a parent of a child who suffers as much. Thank you

@andrewg24190595 Tommy has long been inspired by James - most notably by a FaceTime call during lockdown when he broke his arm- he absolutely idolises him and uses sayings James has said to him when he races. He would love this so much
