I thought that given the current leadership, Twitter would die out over a few years. Seeing the recent changes, I’m not sure it’s going to last that long. Follow me at Mastodon, https://t.co/p4SXdTnNlg
I've been thinking about it, I'd take on the role of Twitter CEO.
It would be incredibly challenging and stressful, a lot of good people have been forced out taking valuable experience and knowledge.
I would be risking my health and sanity. The current environment is super toxic by all accounts. Therefore, I would want $100m up front, $1b a year, 90 days holiday and absolute power to make any change I deem necessary.
In 2007 I was interested in what you could do with microblogging; I considered Jaiku and Twitter. Twitter had an API that you could do cool IoT stuff with it and was easier to join. Now Twitter only seems good at imploding. Not going away but now I’m on Mastodon too.

Currently porting one of my old Qt 3 applications to Qt 6. Oh the nostalgia. Constructors with object names. The convenience classes such as QVGroupBox, QTabDialog… it was so soft and fuzzy compared to cold, hard modern Qt.
Canon RF mount: he isn't wrong. All tech products have benefitted from 3rd party extensions, be it ISVs/Shareware/Freeware, plugins, smart phone apps, etc. EVs will be next. https://t.co/SNm2R0odDy

Updating my still unreleased dictionary client Frasmodic https://t.co/UpiOuRTonW to Qt 6 but libbedic would not build and is unmaintained. So I've forked libbedic and started updating it https://t.co/MhZyjRG4Wt
