@lanebryant needs to better train their customer service reps. I’m complaining that they keep telling me it’s on auto pay. The lady tells me when I give my debit card info they will auto pay the payment 🤦🏾♀️
I need a human being at @BurgerKing to contact me. Ordered food on the app, go to the restaurant only for them to say half of my order wasn’t available because the truck comes tomorrow and they don’t give refunds.
@CUTexas And what about today?? Zelle doesn’t work. Credit cards t don’t work. I’ve asked multiple people and saying the same. App says call or chat with Bethany. She don’t know nothing. Did she fire all of the humans? Again, yall are no longer a credit union. No personal experience.
Check your bank accounts. On June 10 @CUTexas took money from my child’s account. On 6/28 I bought it to their attention and have been sending messages via the app because they don’t answer the phone. As of 7/14/2024, the money has not been returned.

So @PandaExpress advertises great pay but when I pull up to the drive thru, I have to talk to AI assistant?? It got my order wrong then wanted me to repeat it over and over. At least it called a human when I asked.
