@MSCCRUISESUSA
I became aware the fare for my cruise went on sale, I called gave my diamond voyagers club number and request a price match for my YC cruise. The escalation department did not match the price, removed my OBC and were unwilling to put it back booking.
#disappointed
@MSCCruisesUSA I became aware my cruise fair was available at a lesser rate than I originally booked. I contacted customer service. Not only did I not get the lower rate, they took away my OBC.

Disappointed
Then he uncomfortably said to me and 3F ‘so there’s not going to be any more problems’.
We conceded. He then left the aircraft the door was bolted and we flew to Providence.

The gate agent myself and the traveler in 3F agreed that we were in full understanding of the seating policy and travelers with specific needs should be addressed prior to boarding as not to conflict with the open seating policy of #SouthwestAirlines
Being nearly last to board, mother and sister fill in seats 3A and 3C. At this time 3D mentions to mother of the occurrence. Her response is ‘some people are ignorant’.
thereafter the gate agent, prior to closing the door, asked me and 3F if there’s a problem. #SouthwestAirlines
As we discussed our experience, the traveler in 3D aggressively mentioned that the traveler in 3B had disabilities and needed their mother and sister to sit next to them. Myself and 3F reminded 3D that isn’t the policy.

‘Do you want him to have a meltdown, he’s saving those for his family’. I said that isn’t with the seating policy. I then noticed seat 3E was open and sat there. At this time I was greeted person sitting in 3F who claimed a similar experience when boarding.

The traveler in 3B told me ‘I’m saving the seats for my Mother and sister’. At this point I suggested SWA has an open seating policy and I’d like to sit in one of the seats.
I then immediately heard an aggressive voice from a person in 3D asking me #SouthwestAirlines
We agreed to sit first available we could find even though we’d be apart.
My companion found a seat in 1F.
I then noticed 3A and 3C were available. I asked the traveler in 3B to remove their items from either so I could use one in accordance to SWA’s seating

By receiving those boarding positions within one minute of opening of checking in, and being well aware of the open seating policy, we knew our chances of sitting together we would be extremely limited #Southwest
I’ve been flying this route with #Southwest multiple times per year, for over 20 years. This, however, is the first time I’ve been compelled to contact customer service.
24 hours prior to flight the from Orlando to Providence, I checked in. We received positions B53, B54.
