Pray with me
March 11, 2026
Father,
This morning we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your guidance. Your Word says that if anyone lacks wisdom, he should ask You, who gives generously without finding fault. So today we ask. Order our steps, steady our minds, and quiet the noise around us so we can hear Your voice clearly.
Lead us in the paths that honor You. Close the doors that would pull us away from Your will, and open the ones that move us closer to Your purpose. Give us discernment to recognize truth, courage to walk in it, and patience to trust Your timing.
Shape our decisions, guard our hearts, and make our lives useful in Your hands. Let our thoughts, words, and actions reflect the character of Christ today.
We trust You with what we cannot see, and we follow where You lead.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verses to consider today:
James 1:5
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Psalm 32:8
“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”
The “power of the pause” can be mighty. Our tendency is to want to react. It rarely hurts to take a second and assess the landscape and our emotions before action.
