@ghyphum_muyco@KIN110UofR That still does not change how I feel on the matter, that is, everyone on this world should have all their human rights regardless of any religion. Unfortunately we don’t live in a nice straight forward world like that.
@ghyphum_muyco@KIN110UofR I hate to play devils advocate, especially in regard to something like this. That being said, the USA has no right dictating/pressuring other country’s to take on their rules. When it comes to religious practices the only person they will listen to is God. (…)
@KIN110UofR although this is a win against hazing and even praises the ones reporting it, do you think letting the couches off on paid leave and suspending the season for everyone is the right response to encourage reporting again? Poll in attached tweet.

@KIN110UofR although not much, change is finally starting to take place. They may have not gotten rid of the gender names for both men and ladies teams, there was a small win for women’s sports - https://t.co/P3fNVCLEWJ
@KIN110UofR “I think our job as journalists requires us.. to seek out stories of people who won’t have the same life experiences as us”
In science one of the best ways to prove your theory is to look from the other side, try and disprove it to gain truth.

@KIN110UofR When it comes to youth in sports, are they really protected well enough? The Deviance shown by Hockey Canada shows that it's not at all about the children/players. Stepping down does not undo the past or fix the future, nor is it a good start - https://t.co/n4bDXIqkkn
@Avery18515534 I think that having a competitive personality entering into sports could really play a part. After joining a team a player could be faced with greater odds than he previously expected and now that he is living a lavish lifestyle he doesn't want to give that up.
https://t.co/PzTX5xW1w4 This video goes over many different examples of deviance that occurred throughout professional sports. Which athlete, coach or team do you feel took it to far? Which example of deviance do you feel happens the most in your sport?

@KeiraHkin110@KIN110UofR What If compare this to something like prison time (I know just bare with me). Often when inmates spend large amounts of time away from social norms they get assistance from the government in supporting the change. Similarly, players never experienced life like this and may need.
When it comes to the longevity of players lively hoods, I feel it should be more 50/50 split for where responsibility falls. Teams and leagues should provide training and good habits for players and players should seek to secure assets to help sustain them long term. #retirement
