@easyJet still not resolved & less than 24 hours until the flight leaves, received token email asking for the same information which has already been provided back in August, poor customer care, poor communication & unnecessarily distressing!
@easyJet appalled with your untimely response to a serious illness claim, we have flights departing tomorrow, which is not resolved, we last replied to your email on Sunday afternoon and no further contact, feeling discriminated against due to my disability!!
