@__farfromtheAR @halfbakedjae I agree. The info boxes lack detail. #CashAppTaxes is certainly not as foolproof as TurboTax. This statement was misleading, "You should have received a 1099-G if you received a tax refund." What they didn't say is, if you itemized deductions last tax year.
@halfbakedjae Their chat support did a lot of irrelevant copy & paste from IRS and state revenue code and used the disclaimer that they are not tax professionals. They weren't able to answer any of my questions. #CashAppTaxes
@RepJosieRaymond Not good news! Heard about the redistricting and wondered how it affected District 31. Is there any recourse or is this the final map?
@LouMetro311 There is a pothole at the entrance to Shelbyville Rd. Plaza, making a right turn from Bowling Blvd. It is on the side next to Penzy's and across from Jason's Deli. Whose responsibility is it to fill this pothole?
A 'Bad' School Podcast, a very well-done C-J investigative report into JCPS magnet schools, by @mandy_mclaren I've listened to all 6 episodes and found it to be very enlightening and thought-provoking! https://t.co/8vPusMZFcn
@mandy_mclaren Mandy, This was an excellent report! I have listened to all 6 episodes of the podcast and visited "Magnetic Pull" on the C-J website. I would love to hear an interview with an Iroquois ESL student. I know many students from ESL Newcomer Academy who are now seniors at Iroquois.
@RepJosieRaymond Thinking of many reasons why we need you in Frankfort, Josie! Thank you for making the commute and putting yourself out there as a State Representative. We love you!
@RepJosieRaymond Women in the room seemed much more attentive than the men! 18-week ultrasound with my 1st pregnancy didn't have a happy ending. We later learned our baby had trisomy 18, a condition incompatible with life. Had there been a heartbeat at 18 weeks, #CHOICE would have been important!
So glad to hear @JayInslee speak up for the injustice of woman-dominant professions that are undervalued and underpaid! We need much more than the tired old cliche of #EqualPay for equal work. #DemDebates2
Appreciate @JayInslee calling out the systemic gender discrimination that devalues professions overwhelmingly held by women, specific policies to fix it. And, I love my sisters who are leading right now in these professions to make change through collective action. #DemDebates
Our current healthcare system is a massive hinderance on our nation's entrepreneurship. The burden of keeping America healthy shouldn't be on business owners or individuals, but our government. #DemDebate2
FACT CHECK: Andrew Yang said, "If you go to a factory here in Michigan, you will not find wall-to-wall immigrants, you will find wall-to-wall robots and machines."
Yang is right that robots have displaced more workers than immigrants. #DemDebate https://t.co/JrKlM4hYsA
Ridiculous that #DemDebate2 candidates kept talking about all these people who❤️love their employer-based health insurance. Have these #DemDebate candidates talked to any employers to find out how much they❤️love paying for their employee #HealthInsurance?https://t.co/61lTL19S7U
Thank you @CarGurus! An answer to a question on your website included the details I needed to unlock the radio on my '97 VW Golf. RudyVW wrote the winning answers and saved me any further hair-pulling. Sound system manual didn't give complete instructions!
I wrote to my @RepJosieRaymond and to Rep Jim Glenn of Daviess Co. to ask them to vote NO. Glad to see that they did cast votes of NO! #kyga19#SB100@kftc
What happened here with Representative Jim Glenn, @kftc? What a disappointment to see that he did not take a stand to support local control of education within JCPS.
Of note on #SB250 vote: Republican candidate for governor, Robert Goforth voted “no” while Democrat Jim Glenn, who won his Daviess County seat by 1 vote did, not file a vote on the bill to give @JCPSSuper more power. Glenn is an educator, professor @ Owensboro Comm Tech. #KYga19
Received an email this am from @nikitachiquita_ of @kftc advising that #SB100 may come up for a vote in #kyga19. Please call 1-800-372-7181 ASAP and ask all legislators to vote NO on SB100 and not to recede the amendment to SB100. #coalphaseout
I also applaud the efforts of Sen. Stephen Meredith, R-Leitchfield, who sponsored Senate Bill 112, a bill that would have prohibited healthcare providers from charging co-pays to #Medicaid recipients. #kyga19 https://t.co/ubjuSRv5my
HB3 (Welfare Reform) provision that ceded medical assistance decision-making authority to HFS Cabinet Secty (providing potential path for #Bevin admin to eliminate Medicaid expansion) slipped in as HFA1 to SB167. Fortunately, HFA1 was withdrawn! https://t.co/aByshV2yKs #kyga19
