@nickcapra_gpc @gregbradyx I think more people will use the convenience of the island airport esp business people. The ability to get there & back-Toronto/Montreal on the same day is invaluable. Spending 6+ hrs on a train is impractical.
The dearth of stops means many won’t benefit, but will cost us all.

Further, what percentage of solar panels are recycled & why are ruinous solar farms being developed on productive farmland? It’s one thing to put solar panels on parking garages or factory bldgs-but on farmland?

@alex_house @KonstantinKisin Renewables will cost a lot more than they save by the time they’re decommissioned. Wind turbines with huge concrete bases, un-recyclable blades, lubricants, not to mention roads, downed forests, dead wildlife. Same with solar over ruined productive farmland.
They’re a nightmare.
