Be very careful if you are offered a ‘Free Bet’ on the Betfair app @Betfair @BetfairExchange - in my case I pressed the ‘Use Free Bet’ button but it actually used my own money - and as far as I can see there is no way to tell until you check your transactions afterwards.

Witnessed the most amazing thing on the train to Edinburgh yesterday. A guy boarded in Wigan & sat opposite me. He went to sleep for an hour.
