Oh @AmazonHelp I am despairing. You keep leaving packages in front of my house in view of the road. I contact customer services who are very courteous but the problem keeps happening. It doesn’t make a difference that I have delivery preferences or ‘prime’. What can we do?
@AmazonHelp Thanks for your reply FJ. Though orders in the past have been fulfilled by amazon, this order appears to have been delivered by Whistl. Is there anything else we can do to avoid this with yourselves or a third party delivery company?

@EE Thanks for your help Craig managed to find the setting. For some reasons had to re-register my email account. Site says can take up to 24 hours to update so I’ll let you know.👍🏻
@EE hi EE I’m abroad and thought I had my account set up for roaming. I have received a text to tell me I’m good to go but can only get data connection not phone or text. The nice Italian lady tells me I have call barring on. What can I do?
