Cast it at His feet.
Instead of distracting yourself with scrolling on your phone, numbing it out with vices, finding false comfort in fallible human beings,
Bring it before the Lord. He cares. Genuine freedom and healing begins and happens at the foot of the cross.
We are not seeing terrible things in our culture because we vote the wrong way. We are seeing terrible things in our culture because men love darkness rather than light.

Cooking, cleaning, dressing feminine, baking your own bread, having babies, serving your husband/children, etc, are all good things but if these things are not done with faith in Christ or unto His glory, we’re not serving God, we’re playing housewife.
My heart breaks for men who genuinely struggle with gender dysphoria but there is a line when they take opportunities away from women, wear womanhood as a costume, and dominate their spaces.

It is very much possible to attain a traditional home with traditional roles without a biblical foundation. We can get the aesthetics down, but if we’re doing it without a heart for Christ and His glory, it is empty and fruitless.
I’m patriarchal in my views too, but most of these reformed “biblical”patriarchal influencers, in an attempt to counteract a culture of feminism with traditionalism, are slowly slipping into their own cult.
The one practicing homosexuality, the fornicator, the adulterer, the prostitute,
Without the grace of God, apart from our hope in Christ - are just mirrors of who we are.
With Pride month just around the corner, may we, as Christian’s, remember to extend hope in Christ and to pray for the community as much as we write and post about them.
@Seth_Judge_ @tulipsaremywine So if I’m not married, I go to my pastor who learned theology from the same seminaries you deem teach bad theology? What if he’s not around? I’m not allowed to study alone, read books, and watch podcasts/sermons without their approval?
