@PadynLecki One day at a time. Focus on & do what makes you feel good. Keep drawing & creating! Some days are good, some days aren't, we all experience this no matter how it might seem. Meditation might help - take 10 mins a day to think of nothing & just focus on deep breathing in & out 🙂
