@christinal1984 Hey Christina I'm sorry to hear this! It sounds like the sponge has absorbed the shampoo and that's what is preventing it from going back to its original shape. Soaking and squeezing the water out repeatedly should solve the problem, but may depend on how much shampoo was used!
