I really love Apostle Selman
It's an honor to experience him in my generation and not just reading about him
I just want to keep sitting and hearing the word from him
I always want more
It's unreal
Trust me AJS is not hype
God is really showing off with him.
Should we talk about FREE maternity/ delivery and some benefits that follows it, during RCCG Conventions and Holy Ghost Congress ?
Again, God will punish some of you se 😂😂🫵

Understanding Public Frustration While Recognizing the Wrong Target: Pastor E.A. Adeboye Is Not Our Problem
No, Pastor Adeboye is not our problem. He speaks.
He spoke in the 1990s.
He spoke in the early 2000s.
He spoke in 2010.
He spoke in 2020.
He spoke in 2025.
He has spoken across administrations, regardless of who governed or governs as President. The real question is:
How many of us were listening?
Did I hear you ask, “What did he say, and when?”
I will share two of the most relevant examples- not only because they are factual, but because they embody the pathway forward for our beleaguered country, if we are finally ready to listen, act, and compel our government to lead the reforms Pastor Adeboye has long advocated.
1. November 2025 - A Direct Public Message to President Tinubu
Contrary to the misinformation circulating online, Pastor Adeboye’s strong message was delivered in November 2025, during the Holy Ghost Service- not this week.
He said:
“You can only advise the Commander‑in‑Chief; you cannot command him. But I’ve tried. God is my witness.”
“Tell our security chiefs to get rid of these terrorists within 90 days or resign.”
He added:
“They must eliminate the terrorists and their sponsors, no matter how influential.”
These are not the words of a passive observer.
These are the words of a citizen - an influential leader - demanding results, accountability, and consequences for failure.
This is the same Pastor Adeboye some are attacking today.
He issued one of the strongest public demands for accountability ever made by a Nigerian religious leader. But how many of us were listening? What did the President do with that message? And what did we do with it?
2. October 1, 2020 - A Public Call for Structural Reform
At a national governance forum co‑organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and the Nehemiah Leadership Institute to mark Nigeria’s 60th Independence Anniversary, Pastor Adeboye critiqued our dysfunctional governance structure:
“It is ridiculous that a traditional ruler must inform a local government chairman before he travels.”
He went further:
“We all know that we must restructure. It is either we restructure or we break. You don’t have to be a prophet to know that. Now, we don’t want to break up - God forbid.”
He proposed a “United States of Nigeria” - a governance model with a President and a Prime Minister, rooted in institutional effectiveness.
These are not the words of a man indifferent to Nigeria’s future.
Nigeria is structurally dysfunctional. As presently constituted, cycles of elections without correcting the underlying structure will only degrade - but God forbid- collapse this country.
Now that we know - from just two of his many significant public statements that Pastor Adeboye has long been speaking truth to power on the hydra-headed crises that cripple our nation‑building process, the real question becomes:
What are we all now going to do about it?
“Shall these bones live?”
Like Ezekiel in the valley of dry bones, we stand in a moment of national reckoning.
The bones can live - but only if we act.
It is time for Nigerians to let the image of our 2‑year‑old baby held captive by our common enemies galvanize us to collectively rescue that child and through her rescue our nation.
The answer, my compatriots, is in our own hands.

I don’t know if other women go through this.
I have different symptoms each month. It graduated to this recently in the last 6 months.
Last month, It was like fever. Feeling extremely sick. I treated malaria the month before. I was hesitant to use drugs
so why was I feeling sick, because of mp. What is funny is, immediately you are on your period, it goes away😂
I can’t remember all but I noticed this development. I wonder why?
If you are working with people who are not ambitious, they will stall your progress.
A time comes in your career where you have to point to the people you are building; if those under you are doing anyhow, have no ambition and are not looking to progress, you will not be progressing yourself.
So, create your team with intention.
I told my boyfriend that I didn’t get the promotion and guy just hissed and said “their loss”
I thought that was the end of it cos we all know men don’t do emotional stuff
But last night his mum called and said “I heard what happened “ and this woman proceeded to tell me how she was overlooked 4 times too..
After the call, I texted him why and he replied
“ I didn’t know what to say, but I knew she would”
🥺
The post is not saying that you do not need some of those certifications; it is saying that in many cases, just being courageous enough to apply to bigger roles is key and in a lot of situations, you are already qualified and you do not need to wait to get that additional certification or degree before you can apply. And so, the more you wait to take on more certifications, the more money you are leaving on the table.
This girl said: So i was dating this guy and i would text him first everyday. So i decide to not text him. He let 2 days go by without saying anything. So i text him because we were suppose to go on a date today and the first thing he said was “i haven’t heard from you in 2 days so i thought you didn’t want to deal with me anymore” So i paused… read that message twice… then laughed a little because sir?? You haven’t heard from me?? ---
Spiritual warfare 101 - No matter how overwhelmed you “feel” inside, never show the devil. You see, the devil is NOT Omniscient, so he does not know all things. The things he knows about us are things said and spoken of us. Or the things we let out from our mouths ourselves or by our reactions and actions. So while you may be overwhelmed in your soul, the way he gets to know is from your reaction. And because he is a wicked and oppressive entity, when he knows where it hurts, he robs it in the more.
But responding in praise confounds him. This is exactly the rationale behind the idea that praise confuses the enemy. Because he can’t understand why his onslaught is not causing you to give up and give in.
So beloved saints of God, regardless how you feel right now, find a way to release your praise !
“14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.”
Psalm 71:14.
You are BLESSED 🙂
I have been watching the conversations around Lent and Hallelujah Challenge, and honestly, I feel the need to speak — not from a place of attack, but from understanding.
I was once a Catholic. I was in Seminary. I desired to be a priest before life took a different turn. So I understand what Lent means. I understand Ash Wednesday. I understand abstaining from meat on Fridays. I understand confession. I understand the discipline and the doctrine.
And because I understand it, I also know this:
Lent is not just about what you remove from your plate.
It is about what you remove from your heart.
It is not just about avoiding meat on Fridays.
It is about crucifying pride, anger, dishonor, and hatred daily.
It is not just about going to confession every week.
It is about living in a way that reflects what Jesus did on the Cross.
Lent is a season of reflection on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. A season of humility. A season of repentance. A season of examining your own heart.
So when I see some people on X dragging Nathaniel Bassey over Hallelujah Challenge, I ask myself — is this truly the spirit of Lent?
Hallelujah Challenge has been happening every February for years. It did not start yesterday. It did not start to compete with Lent. It has been a consistent altar of worship long before some of the loudest critics even joined it.
And let’s be clear:
He has never told Catholics to abandon Lent.
He has never preached against Catholic doctrine.
He has never forced anyone to choose between Lent and worship.
So why the dragging? Why the dishonor? Why the insults?
If you are Catholic and you believe that during Lent you should not sing “Hallelujah,” then focus on your Lent. That is your conviction. Honor it. Live it. Practice it with integrity.
But why attack someone who is simply leading worship?
You can: – Pause Hallelujah Challenge and focus fully on Lent.
– Participate in both quietly if your conscience allows.
– Or simply scroll past and mind your devotion.
Spiritual maturity means knowing that not every altar is yours — but you don’t destroy what you don’t attend.
The irony is this:
Lent calls for humility.
Yet some responses are full of pride.
Lent calls for repentance.
Yet some comments are full of accusation.
Lent calls for self-examination.
Yet many are busy examining someone else.
Dragging a man of God publicly, speaking with dishonor, and masking it as “defending doctrine” — is that truly the spirit of Christ?
Even within Christianity, there are different expressions of worship. The Body of Christ is diverse. Catholics have their traditions. Pentecostals have theirs. Evangelicals have theirs. The beauty of the Church is not uniformity — it is unity in Christ.
Maturity is understanding that conviction is personal.
Ignorance is assuming your conviction must control everyone else.
If something offends your doctrine, withdraw respectfully. That is strength.
But attacking, insulting, and misrepresenting? That reveals more about the heart than about theology.
As someone who has walked both spaces, I can say this boldly:
Lent should produce gentleness.
Lent should produce restraint.
Lent should produce Christlike character.
Not online warfare.
The world is already watching the Church. And when believers tear each other apart publicly, what testimony are we giving?
We can disagree without dishonor.
We can uphold doctrine without hostility.
We can stand firm without being rude.
And above all, we can remember that worship is not a competition.
If Hallelujah Challenge is not for you during Lent, that is okay.
If Lent is your focus, embrace it fully.
If you choose both, do it in sincerity.
But let us not reduce Christianity to online arguments and spiritual superiority.
Examine your heart.
Guard your words.
Represent Christ well.
Because at the end of the day, it is not about the programs
And if this season is truly about Him, then our character should reflect Him first.
SPEAKING SOLEMNLY
Anyone living in sexual sins (fornication, adultery, pornography, etc), has no place in Christian ministry. Immorality is a very big deal, scripturally. The believer's BODY is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Yes, the BODY. Therefore, what you do with God's dwelling place must be of colossal significance. Don't you see it?
And, because of the sacredness of Christian ministry, while you can legitimately be a struggling Believer for a season, you cannot be a struggling minister, if the struggle is that you have not overcome sexual immorality. In this regard, the category of a struggling minister does not exist, biblically considered.
This is not about being a "wounded soldier." But in any case, if a soldier takes a bullet during combat, we don't hand him over to the enemies, yes. And we also don't leave him in the frontline to continue fighting – with his wound. We take him out and away for treatment. Whether he can even return to active duty later on depends on the severity/impact of the 'wound' sustained and the assessment of the team managing his case. Taking him out of combat is a responsible act of love and not a case of "condemning our own."
Back from the digression. It is alien to the spirit of Christ, to say someone is a minister of the gospel, even though he commits immorality. The practice of immorality cannot coexist with legitimate practice of ministry. A fornicator or an adulterer is not a Minister. Cannot be.
A minister of the gospel MUST be above reproach. People MUST be safe under his care. Money, too, MUST be safe under his care. The bible insists that he sustains a high level of integrity – morally, ethically, socially.
This is why the Charismata, the gifts of the Spirit are never mentioned as qualification or eligibility for ministry. Check the texts.
So, the practice of equating giftedness with eligibility for ministry is unbiblical and should be discouraged. Being a gifted speaker, for instance, does not qualify anyone for Christian ministry. If you know all the Rhema in the book, and all the historic fine points of orthodoxy, but you're an intermittent fornicator/adulterer, you are ineligible for Christian Ministry. You need to be discipled, you should not be discipling anyone, at all.
Read the passage below carefully, to the very last verse, please: It says a Pastor:
"...must be a good man whose life cannot be spoken against. He must have only one wife, and he must be hard working and thoughtful, orderly, and full of good deeds. He must enjoy having guests in his home and must be a good Bible teacher. He must not be a drinker or quarrelsome, but he must be gentle and kind and not be one who loves money. He must have a well-behaved family, with children who obey quickly and quietly. For if a man can’t make his own little family behave, how can he help the whole church? The pastor must not be a new Christian because he might be proud of being chosen so soon, and pride comes before a fall. (Satan’s downfall is an example.) Also, he must be well spoken of by people outside the church—those who aren’t Christians—so that Satan can’t trap him with many accusations and leave him without freedom to lead his flock"
On the last point above, many people who work in Hotels don't take the church seriously because the see the behind-the-scenes lifestyle of Pastors. A minister must have one life, must be not be two-faced. And he must be an example to both insiders and outsiders.
If the church is weak, Satan is only a remote cause. If the church is weak anywhere, the church is the reason why.
And now, may the glorious Lord of the church step into this seeming perpetual desolation, and pour us the blessing that is Revival.
