@Razorpay I had made a payment using Razor pay today by scanning a QR code the payment was done but the page didn't load further and when i tried to file a complaint on your website it won't show that transaction in my numbers records. I'm unable to even raise a complaint.
But today I got a msg which shows not even 50% of my ticket amount is issued. Why is this so if I haven't cancelled my ticket and as it was not confirmed I'm eligible for full refund. Kindly check what has happened over here & help me get full refund
Unacceptable experience with @oyorooms Booked OYO Flagship 90896 Ace Holiday Inn in Goa for 29th Apr 2023 with ID CTGU2726. Made advance payment as directed by OYO rep & confirmed availability with hotel. Reached at midnight, but hotel had no booking from OYO & denied us a room.
@OYO4U I have been trying to get in touch with your team for the past week but have received no support. This is unacceptable and I have recorded all my calls with your customer support.
@OYO4U I recently spoke with your customer support regarding a refund for a hotel booking that I was denied entry to on the same day. However, I was told that a refund cannot be initiated as it has been more than 7 days since the checkout date when I haven't even checked in first place.
Furthermore, despite logging in through my registered number on the OYO app, the booking for OYO Flagship 90896 Ace Holiday Inn was not reflected. However, it was visible through the booking confirmation link received via text message from OYO.
Tried calling customer support, but call got disconnected after being put on hold. Requesting an immediate refund for the advance payment made to my bank account for the confirmed but non-existent booking with OYOFlagship 90896 AceHolidayInn. #PatheticService#NoBookingConfirmed"

@_bajaj_auto_ltd Hey I have booked my Pulsar RS200 from Sai Service, Wakdewadi (Pune) on 6th February 2021. After which I waited for the All Black color to be launched, which got launched in August 2021. Since then I'm waiting for the delivery of my bike why is it taking so long?

Last month I was told that a bike is available at the Wakdewadi Showroom after which I went to RTO and Booked my Fancy Number which is only valid for 30 days and now it's expiring in 2 Days who is going to pay me for that???
I'm constantly being told by the Showroom that there is some shortage of semiconductor chips due to which production has stopped & we don't know when this will end. If this is the case how are we supposed to wait for infinite time & why???
