@mngl_in I have requested for new PNG connection in April and still waiting for the connection to be done.
My building has active PNG gas pipeline. Can you share how soon the connection can be done ?
And to highlight, no one picks up at any customer care numbers.

Customer care is still not reachable (even after waiting for calls for 18 min, and then auto-disconnect multiple times).

I am at @SamsungIndia service center on JM Road #Pune & they are unable to replace my S23 Screen where it's greenline after Software Upgrade (know issue) because it is just 3 days out of warranty. And guess what, I did even contact service center last week and no info was given.

I am surprised to know that the previous service center I contacted last week never gave me this information about 3 yrs policy. Forced to pay even when it's not an issue from my side.
