❔i recently had given up on a dream i’d been working toward and dreaming about for almost six years and it made me feel like i wasn’t good enough what should i do🥲

🦁 if you’ve put in six years, you’re definitely not lacking in ability. sure, everyone has their own standards, but compared to someone who’s only been at it for 2-3 years, you’re naturally more likely to do better right?!! if you really can’t give up on that dream, it’s okay to take a break and come back later. if it’s no longer your dream, then you can just find another path! there’s so many things you can do in this world so there’s no need to beat yourself up and get stuck in that mindset! you’re only making it harder on yourself.. ㅜ
