@PassportIRL 6 months and 3 days I have been waiting for my passport!! Any chance it will arrive before 2030? The online tracker is long passed and it just says 'processing'

@PassportIRL Is it normal for some documents to be returned while the passport is still being processed?

@PassportIRL I have been waiting 6 months now for my passport and nothing. Just got a letter today with 'some' of my documents in it. The online tracker states I need to submit more paperwork which I done weeks ago. Phone lines are down and the online chat is grey as usual.

@PassportIRL The tracker hasn't been updated in over a week. The webchat on the link you have give me is never active and the phone number on said link is not taking calls. There is no email address to email anyone so this is why I'm reaching out via Twitter

@PassportIRL any chance of someone answering the phone or the web chat being active? Tracker states you have not recieved my documents yet I have a delivery proof from Royal mail. Any help being offered out?

@PassportIRL So they have had all my supporting documents for a week now and the tracker still states that they have not recieved my documents yet. What am I supposed to do?

@PassportIRL Do you know roughly how long it roughly takes from you receiving the documents to the order updating? It has been about a week now. TIA
