@johnboyne So happy for you. Thanks for sticking up for us. And, just as importantly, Iโm a big fan of your writing - which is the point. Free speech please.
@OnlyDads Best way to be! I support wholeheartedly my judicial colleagues, they have to make difficult and often impossible decisions. But I do not think justice is served if they are anonymous.
@IrishTimes I wouldโve travelled but the same problems apply so I didnโt go to France either. Please re-instate pet passports for us in the UK (Brexit wasnโt my choice and Iโm Irish diaspora). And donโt tell me I can get an Irish passport- I can, but my wife canโt.
@louisetickle@barstandards@tortoise Agree. The proven behaviour was such a breach of trust and an abuse of power that surely it warrants severe punishment. Otherwise, whatโs the point of complaining. Oh. Yes, thatโs how it is for women in the criminal justice system - one system mimicking another.
@ZiziSulkin Itโs just a financial contribution, otherwise the film wonโt be made. Itโs an important and likely to be fun documentary on lesbian literary history and includes faves (in no particular order) @JackieKayPoet Sarah Waters @valmcdermid โฆโฆ

Sometimes I feel there's hope. But other times, only utter despair.
