5/5 HMT now using a claimed and uncorroborated (& hidden) change in contractual IT provision to say it now means they were able to search at lower cost than the point when ICO decision was made. 🤨 If that is allowed, the whole FOI regime is worthless. @LCAG_2019 @loanchargeAPPG
