First User explores your product like a first-time user and helps you understand the experience, where things get stuck, and what could be improved.

First User read https://t.co/kAKBqgJE0R and suggested what a first-time visitor should try. Here's the brief: https://t.co/avGuHXyxNB #neatHack via @devsdv_
2 days until the #neatHack results.
3 days ago I started with one idea: what if every founder had a QA team that tries their site like a real customer?
Day one, my own agent lied to me. It said "Added to cart โ". The cart was empty.
So I rebuilt it to prove everything.
This is First User ๐

One @neatlogs watching every step.
One coding agent writing the code.
One me making the calls.
This trio is cooking something ๐
First User was just the start.

Watching the other #neatHack builders' demos inspired me to make one more video for First User.
This time, First User tells its own story: how it lied on day one, and learned to prove everything.

Our #neatHack submission
On day one my AI tester lied that a click worked, so I built First User to prove everything: it tries your site like a new customer, shows exactly where it gets stuck, and re-checks your fix.

Built this premium landing experience for SK hynix ๐ฐ๐ท
$4,000 project.
But the interesting part wasn't the price.
It was the engineering behind the visuals.
Animation.
Heavy assets.
Responsive layouts.
Smooth interactions.
Performance.
The goal:
Make it feel expensive without making it feel slow.
One of my favorite frontend projects.
@yongfook Engineers should have some room to experiment because it often leads to better solutions. But if experiments start replacing work on the core product, that's a management and prioritization issue. Clear goals and accountability should prevent that.
@yongfook Agree but i think if you really plan your output and desired work and plan each things with proper distribution your $200k engineer has to work anyway to give real output, if the plan and system is loose then engineers can play with you too.
