I initially raised my complaint on 21st May with @myrepublicnz

To date 30th June I have still had zero contact from anyone in MyRepublic regarding my complaint other than multiple emails saying someone will be in touch which hasn’t occurred.

I have also requested copies of all the service chat logs which have also not been provided.

@myrepublicnz continue to debit funds from my bank account despite the service never being utilised including prompt return of the modem completely unopened
