@paulg Kefir is soo good! I make it at home, using the kefir mushroom and fresh (not boiled) milk. Depending on the time the mushroom sits in & the room temperature, it goes from thin (& not too sour), to thick. It's all about testing. The cheese you can make out of it is also good.
