@biggsag YOU ARE WRONG! Stop punishing people who actually and literally worked to benefit our citizens. While bullshit "think tank" folks like you make money hand over fist tearing these righteous people down. Stop the Steal!!!
@JanetheActuary Jane you are wrong. One should not be punished because they spent a portion of their career working in public service. What about private sector pension recipients??? Why aren't their Social Security benefits offset because they get a pension?
@biggsag People are denied their rightful social security benefit because they chose to work for the public good. That is wrong and quite frankly is a disgraceful practice allowed by Courts and Legislators. Stop this injustice! Vote in favor of the Social Security Fairness Act.
@biggsag@AEI Andrew you have no idea what you're talking about with regard to the Social Security Fairness Act. For decades public sector workers have been punished. This puts a stop to it. People should not receive a reduced benefit because of their employer!
Today, I took the next step to move forward on the Social Security Fairness Act on the floor of the U.S. Senate.
A strong bipartisan bill that already passed the House.
It would ensure Americans are not erroneously denied their well-earned social security benefits simply because they chose at some point to work in their careers in public service.

I’m talking about public servants like firefighters, teachers, postal workers, police, and so many other jobs like that.
Finished my time at the polling station as a poll worker, AND FINISHED VOTING FOR KAMALA HARRIS! It was PACKED WITH SO MANY YOUNG BLACK FIRST TIME VOTERS, ESPECIALLY MALES!
