@AppleSupport I have spent hours trying to fix my phone. It is an iPhone XS, it is stuck on the apple logo, I have downloaded Catalina on my Mac and I go into finder and I can't see devices. I have tried hard reboot a million times. I need this for my businesses please help x

@JameelHakeem @AppleSupport Hi thank you, yes I've tried all of this and upgraded to Catalina as recommended and took it to a friend and also paid for a PC expert that I can get to to take a look. @AppleSupport I hope you can help all of us who still have an issue please

@JameelHakeem @AppleSupport I worked in IT for 24 years so I make sure I try absolutely everything, hence it taking me 3 days before asking help here. We have all done all the steps. Catalina will not recognise the phone and I have been to another three different PCs and still no luck. Any advise pls?

are you getting the issue on their @Apple 11/XS phone since the IOS update. It would have been better to do the update when we can get to an Apple store. I have three friends with the issue. gets stuck at the apple logo and of course we have done all the steps online. HELP pls
