@Delta please explain to all of us that fly out of airports without a SkyClub why we get less member value. Fly 100 direct flights out of ATL get up to 300 hours of Club access. Fly 100 direct out of SDF up to 0 hours. ?Really?

@Delta It's not me, this policy impacts and alienates all elite members in smaller markets without a SkyClub at their origination & fly direct flights. The decision to make it more comfortable for your hub customers makes it something that is unusable for others. Very disappointing.
