Accidentally got distracted from writing Cicada Days by writing an epilogue set in 2015 okay okay stay with me people stay with me (talking to the voices in my head)
Damn I just noticed that the iconic doo-wop melody from I/Me/Myself is totally borrowed from the bridge of Sword of Damocles from Rocky Horror that’s so fun I love Will Wood I wish he was real
@googlyeyehockey Stop I never even looked at it like that… I’m gonna be self-conscious about that now too 😭 I also just want to show my appreciation to people taking the time to comment as it genuinely means soooooo much to me every time!!
idk and idc about whatever regular decorum is I will forever reply to every comment I get on my fic because it’s just SO COOL that anyone cares enough to comment I must show my immense gratitude or else 👹
It was a oneshot I think and throughout it different characters keep talking about moments where Stobin acted and looked off and eventually they all have a convo but by then it’s Too Late. It was so fucking scary and I loved it so so so much but I never saved it coz I’m dumb.
Looking for a fic I read once that was so eerie it was about Steve and Robin suddenly acting super weird and off and scary and at the end we find out their dead bodies are in the upside down and the creatures acting like them throughout the fic were Something Else
Two of the bestest , most beautiful, biblically accurate queeplatonic stobin fics of all time:
stobin get ready to skip town together: https://t.co/YDbZnjcs03
stobin make a bucket list together to try to heal from their trauma: https://t.co/l94wWINPDm
the way i got the descriptions and links the wrong way around but whatever read them both immediately. i don't really read byler fics so i wanna get #involved by sharing what i actually do read yayyyyy
I do not like that they wrote Lonnie off. One of the first plot choices, which had me raise an eyebrow. Jonathan’s character in Season One was heavily informed by the type of father Lonnie was. Writing him off contributed to why people write off how terrible The Byers’s had it.
