@eonsintelligenc They won't even allow emergency workers to do thier job. The level of ignorance Nigerians display baffles one sometimes. That is an hazardous site. And people will expose themselves to it
Dear Friends and Chess Enthusiasts,
I am Abimbola Ayotomiwa Osunfuyi, A team member of the Nigeria national chess team and a fide master master from Nigeria, and I have recently traveled from the United States to represent Nigeria at the 45th Chess Olympiad in Budapest, Hungary. It’s a proud moment for me and my team, but we are facing an unexpected challenge.
My teammates, who have also worked tirelessly to prepare for this prestigious event, have unfortunately encountered visa issues, and their applications are currently under appeal. This has put us in a difficult position, as their participation is crucial for us to compete as a complete team, and I can't participate as an individual entity on a team event 😕.
I am reaching out to the Hungarian Ministry of Tourism with a heartfelt plea to reconsider their visa applications. Team Nigeria Chess has prepared diligently for this Olympiad, and their presence would not only complete our team but also honor the spirit of international competition and camaraderie that the Chess Olympiad represents.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Together, let’s make this event a true representation of what chess stands for: unity, perseverance, and respect.
Sincerely,
Fm Abimbola Ayo Osunfuyi

Dreaming of owning a picturesque 200+ acre ranch someday. A forest nestled alongside a serene stream or river. Envisioning vast fields of lush green Wheat & hay, with thousands of Goats, Sheep & beef Cattle grazing as they wag their tails…
My wife makes organic jam from the raspberries we grow at the ranch. She also sells Goat butter & Cheese at the local organic market. She drives a Ford F-450 that she struggles to get into, but makes me happy seeing her drive a bigger truck than mine ☺️.
The kids are experts in slaughtering & sheering sheep. You should see them ride horses, drive the combine harvesters, operate the drones that monitor the ranch. They’re in charge of production & marketing of Avocado & other fruits for exports.
An apiary buzzing with bees is located next to the stream, we’re big exporters of honey & other bee products. One day. Lord one day, make this happen. After all, we are allowed to dream, right?

An IDEAL portfolio of assets would include:
30% real estate for stability and value growth over the long term.
20% government bonds to give you fixed income for medium to long term planning.
15% dividend stocks [ eg. $BAT $WTK ] to give you growing cash flow and income you don't have to work for.
15% growth stocks [ eg. $SCOM $EQTY ] to give you exposure to larger potential share price growth.
15% money market funds and/or SACCO deposits for ready liquidity or credit, besides a foundation and safety margin.
5% cash in bank/virtual wallet for every day recurrent expenses, repairs, etc.
The thing I like most with the fuel subsidy removal in Nigeria is that our neighbors felt the impact more than we Nigerians. It's obvious #Nigeria has been subsidizing petrol for the whole West African nations for eons of years. Let everyone pay market value for their fuel abeg
Africa has to find ingenious and indigenous ways to industrialize....especially in the agriculture sector. The drudgery of farm work is not encouraging the youths to key into this important aspect of our reality.
May the God of righteousness repay you and your handlers with brimstone and fire! The violence and intimidation you claim is not happening will befall you and your household a hundred fold. These will not happen only if you tweeted the truth
I’m currently in Lagos & I can tell you that there is no any violence as the online mercenaries want you to believe. It was part of their plot to create chaos, but Lagosians said NO. That is why they take to online space to project what’s not happening on the ground. Ignore them!
@Radvan_Vedasto That's the beauty of integrated broiler farming. I helped build 25,000 broiler houses before. The main issue is electricity. You cannot run such an operation without automation. And if you have power outrage....that's the end
