@AWayofLife0 @Instacart We are independent contractors, and we are able to subcontract people to work under us if we choose to do so. It is clearly written in our contract, but Instacart will go above and beyond to not provide an answer so there it is.

This includes heavy fees, gas fees, long distance fees, and anything else marked service fee. They are making billions of dollars just off fees that they do not pass any on to the person actually doing the work. Why are there no rights for independent contractors? We pay taxes.

This company has turned into a big ball of lying, deceitful, immoral shit! If you're using the service you really should start paying attention to your receipts etc. The only thing your shopper receives is the item marked tip on the receipt all the other services instacart keeps!

@Dorkypony1 @Instacart That's awesome and spot on my fellow shopper! They steal money EVERYDAY! After delivery I checked my earnings and they refunded this (I didn't) them shaved it off my tip! I clearly showed them the receipt for items and they blamed it on customer! 🤬
