@SwedishRumble I’ve said before, a huge scandal erupted in 2005 over Ashley Cole meeting Mourinho at a restaurant. Hundreds of thousands of pounds handed out in fines. As far as I can tell, the rules remain the same but tapping up is no longer a crime due to a cultural change around it.

This doesn’t mean anything though. The scheme that replaced Erasmus benefited far more students and cost less. Labour obviously want to get back into Europe and this is one of the slow ways of doing it. This was actually one of the few Brexit benefits where leaving the EU allowed the govt to design a far better replacement

Mowe and Ifo can’t really be counted as Lagos in any meaningful sense. But it’s a weird one. Families living in one room is not uncommon so can be very very cramped. But the rich probably have more space than those here. So the space gap between rich and poor is definitely a lot larger in Lagos than in London

@tosinolaseinde And to add, buildings cover only about 14% of London, if you add roads, railways and other built stuff you get up to around 30%. Gardens, green space and water make up about 65%
