~The President appoints the 10 departmental directors of KCCA
~The President appoints an RCC for Kampala
~The President appoints a deputy RCC for each of the five divisions of Kampala
~The President appoints an assistant RCC for each of the five divisions of Kampala
So, who’s responsible for filthy Kampala?

No personality, not even one plant in a pot, those tiny tables are painful, no charging points or power points near the seats.
