Specifically when it comes to the front 7?

It seems like such a different scheme than I see others running, and I haven't had much luck finding details on what exactly he is aiming to achieve.

@startkyIeorton You will hear ZERO outrage about 1 (Logan Jones) IOL pick in the first 5 rounds because the FAs hit.

They missed on Dayo and Grady that’s all that happened here. And Gervon scheme change didn’t help. It gets fixed next season when all are off the books.

If you truly feel like that specific player is special between the ears then I get the push to get your guy. Just tough from a process/positional value standpoint.
