The highest Govt estimates put COMBINED fraudulent & erroneous payments at less than 4% of total payouts.
Additionally the majority of receiving benefits are working.

@LeeAndersonMP_ Out of interest, why weren't the recommendations of the inquiry that was actually held, implemented by the Tories when they were in power and you were deputy chair?
