Dear Italy and AI users of the world, How To Mitigate Risk of AI and Save The World. Step 1. Stop using your cell phone apps. Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter and Microsoft are tracking every breath you take. That’s where the data is coming from. Step 2. Stop using your cell phone to make calls. Every mobile provider is listening to every word you speak. Apple and Google have your microphone turned on and listening every second. Step 3. Don’t use Chrome or Safari when you browse the web. You’re giving Google and Apple every moment of your life on the web, including your face. And Facebook. Step 4. Stop using Microsoft office products. They are now intertwined with OpenAI. Step 5. Turn off your GPS. Every tech company is Geotracking you. Step 6. If you have children, take their smart phones away from them now. Every social app is designed by brain scientists to create dopamine addiction to maximize screen time staring at the phone. That’s how all of these companies maximize their profits, and ruin children’s brain chemistry. This leads to dopamine cravings which are often fulfilled by drug and alcohol addiction, and when not fulfilled lead to depression, which is treated by SSRIs that cause suicidal thoughts and actions. Step 7. Once all of the above is done, form a lobbying group and compete with Microsoft to get legislation passed. And Apple. And Amazon. And Google. Step 8. Create online petitions. Those have worked every time. Step 9. Post in social media and WhatsApp groups. Oh wait. You can’t do that because that’s just feeding the AI more information. Step 10. Pray the politicians, most of whom have never taken an economics class, or a computer science class, will mandate regulations and possibly pass legislation that will protect society from AI without acting in the best interest of their donors. Step 11. Now on to China, Russia, and Iraq. Form groups there to overthrow their governments and install democracies. Then hope new bureaucrats are better than previous regimes. Step 12. Make an appointment with Michael Bloomberg. Convince him to put aside his profit motives and shelf BloombergGPT. Step 13. While in NYC, make an appointment with Jamie Dimon and convince him to stop the JPMorgan AI program. Step 14. Now on to the universities. Get deans of every AI department to shut down all research unless expressly approved by the governments that are paying for the research. Step 15. The problem now is corruption. Tech companies pay lobbyists millions of dollars and donate millions to politicians. Convince politicians to pass new laws prohibiting lobbyists and political donations to themselves and their political parties. Step 16. Still, the US is a problem because of the outdated Constitution. The Founders couldn’t foresee AI when they wrote The Bill of Rights affirming our rights came from God, not the government. We must convince 5 Supreme Court justices that prohibiting lobbying and political donations is not a violation of 1st Amendment. This will be difficult because their political parties depend on money from corporate donors. Step 17. If that fails, get 75% of US states to pass AI Amendment to the Constitution that gives some 3rd party agency akin to the Federal Reserve total control over all US AI. Maybe just grant Federal Reserve authority over AI since it has created the digital dollar already and AI and digital currencies controlled by a private bank could save the world. Step 18. If that succeeds, do the same in newly democratized Russia, China and Iraq. Step 19. We still have to deal with India. Maybe we start at the United Nations and get a UN Declaration to regulate global AI. But wait, China and Russia are on the security council and may veto it. Step 20. Wake up every day in the meantime and master AI tools the best you can, fearlessly, and possibly use them for good. Steps 1-19 might take longer than expected. COR MACHINA LFG 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
