@TrueLayer hey guys, loving your service! We’ve had a few hundred users sign up to our Freshstamp cashback pilot but the ’Allow’ button looks disabled so some don’t sign up, any chance of making it a darker blue? Or a developer color setting?
@NickDougherty5 in a world of mediocre content, churned out for likes, subscribes and hollow egos it was such a delight to hear you speak on #golfchat sky sports podcast... the insights about Faldo and tiger and the brave honesty of harder times was amazing to listen too. Legend!
@joerogan the way you discuss AI evolving through humans like a butterfly from a caterpillar reminds me of the idea that AI infected humans via the prefrontal cortex and created technology in order to escape. Jeremy Lent lays out that idea well here https://t.co/5nLX6ufRxb
@paulg Quite possibly, but might it reduce the amount of clickbait we have to tolerate? We see so many Blog posts of other people’s content posted just to get banner ads to load, plagiarism of the original content owner, or have I misunderstood this?
@SimonJHarris@bokelley@zachrodgers Thanks for tweeting this Simon. Was waiting to hear his views when he was able to talk about it all... frustrating that it took me like 6 clicks to get to the podcast though and could find it by searching in podcasts app... I guess 6 clicks drives more ad revenue tho :)
The WhatsApp founders had to leave facebook last year once they realised how a u-turn in vision might annoy the early adopters of the app and hurt their reputation as Technology Entrepreneurs. They clearly didn't want to become Mad…https://t.co/QJIxoG91KR https://t.co/YGbwUOE1Qn
I’m going to go ahead and suggest app developers start thinking about a ‘post-mobile’ world where the user isn’t staring at the screen like a zombie with tons of space for ads they ignore.. how will they monetise when selling data gets harder? Subscriptions!
@leolaporte great Net Neutrality debate on Twit, anyone found a counter argument yet? Would there be less fakeness on an internet that forced people to have a content licence to clog up the web? Like a shopkeeper would have to on the Street? Probably not 🤦🏼♂️
@goodflo Can’t help but think that we misunderstood the internet that those scientists created for us 🤦🏼♂️although I’m sure Zuckerberg things this is vital communication 🙄
@riptari He has Government asking serious questions, consumers asking questions, ad agencies asking for refunds, SMEs crying fraud and an earnings growth chart that looks like it was made up for a pitch meeting... something very fishy about FB
