@TeamStubHub Every time I try to get help, I'm told someone will contact me from the internal fraud team, and no one has contacted me. I had to try reaching executives on Facebook, LinkedIn, and by email. I can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I'm really me and this is my account.

@TeamStubHub I currently live at the address on the account (the one thing the support team verified was that the hacker didn't think to change the physical address, which I've lived at for 5 years now). My identification has this address, and I can physically verify that I live here!

@TeamStubHub I've had this account since 2010 using the same email, and suddenly after selling tickets, it was hacked, and all the contact info was changed, locking me out. I have pictures of me at the sporting events I used this account to get tickets for. I have payment records on Amex.
