So the longest total eclipse on land in modern history is going to occur over the Valley of the Kings next year.
That’s gotta be when the mummy wakes up, right? Since the 2020s haven’t been wild enough yet.
THE LOST BOYS was released 39 years ago today. A reinvention of the vampire genre, and an 80s cult classic, the behind the scenes story will have you cursing all the damn vampires…

@willgkelleher Wanted England to win but that was a surprise. Thought the tackle was high and 20 replays is not clear and obvious, so the try should surely have stood
@LukeKerrDineen "Everyone else does all the time" is an interesting statement. There's definitely players that do this, but I'd argue vast majority do not. Its also pretty blatant compared to other instances imo. The R&A would look very weak if they hadn't penalised
@carljackalhayes@MMcEwanGolf Occasionally yes. This wasn't a bad round. He's refused to speak to the media for 5 straight major rounds. He did opt in to 1 interview with the r&a media, which isnt a journalist
@MMcEwanGolf@tailso1988 I'm not sure that is fair. Rory very rarely does this and otherwise is widely regarded as the best interview in golf. Bryson had refused to speak to the media for 5 straight major rounds
@WestFloridaGolf@MMcEwanGolf Golfers answering journalists questions is literally giving the insight that fans want. I can't imagine anything more bland than golfers giving post round speeches and avoiding the topics they don't want to discuss.
@jcorrigangolf I think its understandable if you're English, all about perspective. Also if you're the older generation you've lived through a war and it's hard to forget the British body bags
@jacknicklaus@TheOpen I was lucky enough to be there, at the @TheStAndrewsGC. The amount of energy and enthusiasm from the crowd was amazing. I was crying when you holed the putt! That moment will stay with me forever.
@WestwoodLee@mattforde Rose tinted specs there. The player didnt "have the ball". There was a competition for possession as they were running alongside each other. You can't just stick your leg across in that situation.
A man's wife was murdered in Japan in 1999. Satoru Takaba spent the next 26 years paying $145k in rent to keep the crime scene completely untouched, believing future DNA technology would catch the killer.
He was right.
What on earth is going on at the Scottish Parliament? Transparency & scrutiny are vital not an inconvenience for politicians which can be brushed aside. If they don’t like it, perhaps they’re not suited to working in a democracy? This is completely unacceptable behaviour.
Matt Damon says Good Will Hunting’s final line wasn’t in the script until Robin Williams found it after 60 takes
"Robin would open the door and find this letter... I was right next to the camera, saying the line as if he was hearing my voice"
"what was scripted was that he just takes a moment and realizes I'm gone... but in true Robin fashion, we did 60 takes and he did something different every single time"
"when he said, son of a bitch, he stole my line... I grabbed Gus's shoulders and we both knew, holy shit, what a line"
The legendary Gary Mabbutt is continuing to check in on our elderly fans with regular phone calls on their birthdays. Today he’s made his 20,000 call in the last six years.
Incredible work, Mabbsy 🤍
Reporter: Are you attending your son’s wedding?
Trump: He’d like me to go. I’m going to try. I said, this is not good timing for me. I have a thing called Iran and other things. He’s a person I’ve known for a long time.
