Good morning!
The Pen Tool is live in Paper
Draw shapes, generate SVGs, or vectorize images, and edit the points and paths.
Paper uses real SVGs so exports are 1:1, no surprises.
The new SVG workflow: create → refine → ship.
Try it out! And show us what you draw.
Oops, forgot to post the actual demo for Liquid Layout. You can play with it here.
And if you haven't seen the layout library the demo is using, check out the quoted post below, it's quite good. ;)

Excited to share our most powerful new Claude Code feature: dynamic workflows!
Mention "workflow" in a prompt and Claude will dynamically create an orchestration plan that it strictly follows, allowing you to confidently trust that every stage happens in the right order even across 100s of agents.
@davestrokes@arynadesigns@paper I looked into this. we don't currently support progressive blur, only uniform. we can definitely support this but it'll come later! will make a note.
@TylerNishida@lucas__crespo some things are handled (like grid) - others, like gradient borders, aren't
anything that goes past what HTML/CSS can do won't be covered. but give it a go and if you have anything to report let me us know, we'll fix it if we can!
pen tool very soon
there's some intricacies with translating figma -> paper (html/css). if you're able to invite douges<at>https://t.co/yGj9UKERPK as view only, or alternatively copy the frame, paste into https://t.co/TRMaHmoLvA, then attach it in an email to me — I can take a look!
@arynadesigns@imRazvanBadea@paper grid is technically supported, like it'll paste properly, it just won't be editable in the UI yet.
variables / components / ... — soon!
@natellewellyn@stephenhaney@paper thanks, alternative you can also copy the element that isn't working well, paste it into https://t.co/kbMZa54XUN, and then send us the contents 🙏
Remotion has passed the break-even point!
We’ve recouped our investments and are now in the green.
Thank you for your trust and we’re calmly cooking the next leap forward 🧑🍳⌛️
this is a cool one where we had @paper generate a few concept landing pages, and @mainframe summarized the options with a video combined with Claude Code
@grimcodes@pizzaboy came here to say the same thing
problems could be issues, bugs, or maybe even like flipping through categories that people care about? but idk
