@Delta customer service sucks. Flight was delayed an hour this morning. Now a further delay because no flight attendants have arrived at the airport from their hotel. Why can’t employees be on time?? Passengers need to arrive an hour early. Why not employees??

I travel a lot for business. My hotel brand of choice is @Hilton. I stayed at the Hilton Nashville Airport the past 2 nights. Apparently housekeeping did NOT change the sheets before my arrival! Also, found bathroom floor very dirty. Unacceptable!!

I didn’t get in until late my first night so I just slept in the other bed (after checking it out). The manager tried to make amends y sending housekeeping to change the bed, but I was getting ready for dinner. I’ll keep using Hilton, but I won’t be back to this location!

@nationalcares apparently doe not care. Turned in rental at 2:00 that was due at 5:00. Noticed at 4:00 I had no receipt. App shows my rental is past due. Called and customer service said they would take care of it. 9:37 and still says past due. Bet they try charge for xtra time!

Enjoyed lunch today @TheVarsity1928 at the Atlanta airport. Food was great, but server was just rude!! I had ordered chili cheese burger, but got cheese burger. They fixed it but she was nasty about it. Also got Diet Coke instead of Coke. Alaija was server
