@taggartvanetten It depends on the distance but if you are saying professional I assume you mean up to Ironman max and that is 0. In longer races like Ultraman (10k) and ultratriathlons they will fuel but the swim in IM or shorter is under an hour so itโs unnecessary to fuel.
@brady_h I was gifted a subscription for 2 years because of a research project but the data was so inaccurate that I didnโt wear it even for free. Garminโs metrics are also getting so much better that it makes Whoop redundant.
@dcrainmakerblog Great review and insights, as always! The animated videos for the strength routines had been there already and are part of the free version, I had been using them.
@TimJones15 My guess is that he simply took away the veterans and only left a select very few of them. Plus the course updates. Given that the group assault brought in the 5 finishers last year, it is the only way to prevent that.
@taggartvanetten As a professional ultramarathoner who has done IM and Ultraman, I fully agree. Thatโs why I moved beyond the marathon lol. I just want to have fun ๐
@taggartvanetten I find that I do best when I also add some intensity to some of the bike sessions. Very little repercussions because it is non impact and if you build the same type of system that you are targeting in your running, you can get a more robust adaptation with almost no extra risk.
@brady_h@JonKisselKissel Unless you are being paid by KetoneIQ , look into the ingredients. What the content is , is not what the research had been done on.
@Talkultra There was no winner. How many tie a WR is a different story, they all made it. It was a team event. They did what they set out to do for the team. I personally donโt like the 3-way tie but I also respect that it is how they wanted it to play out.
