I say shut the entire thing down for six months, move the capital to western Kansas and put the most basic infrastructure up to allow them to meet 4 times per year for 1 week only each time. First order of business review every single law for need and relevance, including all regulations. Use AI to help you do it. Rescind or sunset all the crap and basically start over. START OVER, Term Limits, No stock trading, no lobbying jobs after, no government contracts after, fully balanced, verifiable, transparent budget every year (yes you'll figure out a way to hide the black ops stuff somewhere in the defense budget so nobody knows what crazy shit you're cooking up). Clean this shit hole up once and for all. TERM EVERY SINGLE ONE ON THEM INCLUDING ALL STAFF AND SUPPORT PEOPLE ON November 5, 2028!! ALL MUST GO!!! Reason for termination - MASSIVE FAILURE AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF ASSIGNED DUTIES! SHUT IT DOWN AND START OVER! Hell they only work about 100 days a year as it is now, what are you worried about?
